Default Starting an iPhone application in Xcode

Hey, I'm very new to Xcode and mac in general by want to learn about Xcode and in particular iPhone apps. I have installed the iPhone SDK and have looked at tutorials, some which say I need to start with a cocoa touch app. However, when I create a new project in Xcode o do not get this option. Do I need to unatall an extra package of something?

Thanks

Choose file->new project->iphone OS->application and choose one of the project templates to start out with.

They have changed the wording on the screens around from the initial version and it is no longer called a "cocoa touch" application when creating a new project.
