i am looking for a programm (is there such one in dev tools ?) to distinguish the harmonics of a sound

i want to record a voice singing "oooo", and reinforce one harmonic, and one other, etc., in order to train the ear, to hear them

does anyone know anything for that ?

simple and libre if possible
